DIGITAL PRODUCTS

How do I download my digital product?

Right after checkout, you will receive an email confirmation labeled "Your Digital Download is Ready!" with your download link within seconds. 

If you ever lose your file, we will resend it—just email us at:

Do you offer refunds for digital items?

No. All digital purchases are final, since files cannot be returned.
But if your file:

  • didn’t download
  • won’t open
  • is missing pages
  • or you received the wrong file

We’ll fix the issue immediately.


Can I use your files for commercial purposes, classes, or resale?

No. All digital products are for personal use only.

You may not:

  • resell
  • redistribute
  • upload
  • modify for commercial use
  • share in classes, courses, or bundles

Violations are enforced under copyright law.


Can I print the file more than once?

Yes! You may print the file for your personal use as many times as you want.


PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (COMING SOON)

Do you accept returns on physical items?

Yes. Physical products can be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as:

  • unused
  • in original packaging
  • in resellable condition

Digital items cannot be returned or refunded.


What if my physical item arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or offer store credit.


How long is shipping?

For physical products:

  • 2–4 business days processing
  • 3–7 business days delivery (U.S.)

Detailed shipping timelines will appear on each product page once physical items are added.


ACCOUNT & ORDER QUESTIONS

I typed my email wrong during checkout. What do I do?

Email store support with the correct email and your order number.
We’ll update it and resend your file.


I didn’t receive my download email.

Check your:

  • spam folder
  • promotions folder
  • junk folder

If it’s not there, email us, and we’ll resend it quickly.


Can I cancel my order?

Digital products: No cancellations once the file is delivered.
Physical products: Cancellations are only possible before the item ships.
